Our qualified fitness instructors are on hand to guide you through your gym and induction and are always there to offer any help and assistance. All our instructors are fully qualified and offer personal programmes tailored to each individual. Our swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath provide the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also offer an extensive range of fitness classes which suit all fitness levels. From Circuit Training to Yoga there will definitely be a class for you.

Corporate Memberships
Corporate Leisure Cards are very similar to our individual Gold Leisure Card packages offering unlimited access to the following facilities:- Fitness Suite, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room & Spa Bath, Fitness & Exercise Classes, Pro 6 Power Plate
Costs are based on the gold card monthly charge of £33.10 with a percentage discount reducing the monthly membership to £27.00 ensuring 10 or more employees activate memberships.
If you want to really increase your fitness level, need motivation to keep fit or want to look your best for a special occasion, you might consider engaging a Personal Trainer. Our Personal Trainer Jim Drummond is a fitness expert who can help you attain greater fitness and health awareness. Each session with the Personal Trainer is for 1hour and costs £25.00 for your first session then £22.50 each session thereafter. CONDITIONS APPLY.
