Gym £6.85 per session
Gym Class – £6.85. Choose from our range of gym classes, Fit Forward, Treble 10, LBT, Stretch & Tone, Full Body Blast, Chairobics, Spin Circuit, Abs, Pump & Tone, HIIT and Kettlebells. Class times range from 30 to 45 to 50 minutes.
Spa – £6.85 (1 hour)
Induction – £11.55. Free for members. Must be booked in advance. Can still use other facilities until induction complete. Waived rights if already knowledgeable gym user and have no major health concerns.
Teen Induction – £6.85 Approx. 40 mins. Our fully-qualified instructor will show you how to use our gym equipment, give you best practise advice and ensure you assume proper posture for your health and safety.
