Visions Leisure Centre Membership Terms

Your Membership Agreement

By signing up, you agree to these Terms, which form a legal contract between you and Visions (Cumnock) Limited. These Terms take priority over any verbal agreements and replace any previous versions.

Starting Your Membership

Your membership begins on the date of purchase.

We may refuse or cancel membership if you breach these terms, provide false information, or for any other reasonable and lawful reason.

If eligible for a concessionary membership, you must provide proof during sign-up.

Cooling-Off Period

You can cancel within 14 days of joining if you haven’t used any facilities.

To cancel, provide written notice to admin@visionsleisure.com

We will refund all payments within 10 working days.

Digital Membership Cards

Your digital membership card is provided through the ClubRight App and requires a photo.

Cards are non-transferable. Misuse may lead to cancellation.

If you forget your phone, we may require photo ID for entry.

Liability

We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of facilities due to maintenance or safety reasons.

We are not liable for personal belongings unless loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

Lockers are provided for your safety and convenience.

Our liability for any damage is limited to a reasonable amount.

Health & Safety

You must ensure you are fit for exercise. Consult a doctor if unsure.

A health commitment statement must be completed before using our facilities.

We may restrict access if we believe an activity could harm your health.

Membership Categories

Membership categories and benefits vary. Details are available at the Club.

Members must be 16+, unless a Junior member. Junior memberships are managed by a responsible adult.

We may remove or change membership categories at our discretion.

Payments & Fees

Membership fees are due monthly via Direct Debit.

Fees apply whether or not you use the facilities, unless you cancel under section 9.

We may adjust fees with 14 days’ notice.

If payments fail, your membership may be suspended or cancelled, and you may incur an admin fee.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice.

Cancellations must be emailed to cancel@visionsleisure.com.

Freezing Your Membership

You may freeze your membership for 1–3 months for medical, relocation, or other valid reasons.

A £5 monthly admin fee applies if the freeze does not meet the stated criteria.

To freeze, email cancel@visionsleisure.com at least 15 days before your next payment.

Membership Termination by Us

We may cancel your membership if you:

Breach these Terms or Club rules.

Allow someone else to use your card.

Fail to make payments for 30+ days.

Engage in serious misconduct, including abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour toward staff, members, or guests.

Club Facilities & Closures

Facility access depends on your membership category.

We may close or adjust operating hours for maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.

We do not issue refunds for short-term closures (e.g., up to 14 days) due to maintenance or events. For longer closures, we may offer extensions, freezes, or partial refunds at our discretion.

Events Beyond Our Control

If facilities are unavailable for 60+ days due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), you may cancel without penalty.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for valid reasons (e.g., legal compliance or service improvements), with at least 14 days’ notice. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may cancel as per section 9.

Keep your contact details up to date through the Member Area.

Privacy & Data Protection

We handle personal data securely and only use it for membership administration, security, and marketing (if consented).

Please update us on any changes to your contact details, or health questionnaire at admin@visionsleisure.com

Personal data is retained for 3 years after membership ends.
