Gym £6.50 per session 

Gym Class – £6.50. Choose from our 30-minute gym classes, including Abs Attack, Abs Blast, Kettle Mix, Stretch and Tone and Step Fit. 30-minute Monday Mix or a 45-minute Spin Circuit are also currently available. 

Spa – £6.50 (1 hour) 

Induction –  £11.00 Free for members. Must be booked in advance. Can still use other facilities until induction complete. Waived rights if already knowledgeable gym user and have no major health concerns. 

Teen Induction – £6.50 Approx. 40 mins. Our fully-qualified instructor will show you how to use our gym equipment, give you best practise advice and ensure you assume proper posture for your health and safety.
